Pros: Everything was very good! Staff has always wondered if everything is okay. They always brought clean water and toilet paper. Everything is at the highest level. Thank you 🙏🏻 we will come back again to this hotel 👍🏻 The price and quality are the same. The administrator Murugaa and Staff especially Amin was very attentive are understanding and kind, polite and friendly, attentive! Love this place

Keeping it simple but clean

Pros: The room and the entrance lobby was newly renovated. The tiles in the bathroom were new and clean. Only the halls leading to the rooms give away the old state of the building which in our case didn't matter. Location is perfect just a few minutes walk to KL sentral (thru the NU sentral mall) where you can get LRT, monorail and MRT. The coffee they serve at the breakfast place is good. Breakfast itself is okay keeping in mind the price paid.

Cons: The bidet. It's the same as everywhere else in Malaysia. It's just like a hose. There are better and more convenient types of bidet if management wants to be ahead of competition. Other than that, nothing comes to mind.

very pleasant!

Pros: the location! many restaurants are open 24 hours, there are also many mini markets. close to the Nu Sentral mall which is connected to the central station so it is very easy if you want to take public transportation. I took a deluxe room, cheap price for a large room size, clean and comfortable. I checked in at 2 am, the staff was still on duty and the check-in process was very fast. I always book this hotel when on holiday to Kuala Lumpur!

Pros: I always preferred to stay in this hotel every time I'm in Kuala Lumpur, I find a home in this hotel, and the staff was so proactive, friendly, and warm. They are the reason why I like this hotel. In terms of location, it is located in KL Sentral, a walking distance to the KL transportation hub, and attractions. The room is clean and in good space, quiet and secure. I recommend this hotel whenever you are in Kuala Lumpur.
