A convenient location, clean room, plenty of food nearby, highly recommended!

Pros: The location was perfect, right near the KL Sentral station. Walking over in the early morning was easy and we did not have to contend with trying to get transport. There were also many restaurants and eating places right outside the hotel making it very convenient to get excellent food. Not just Indian food but also Malay and Chinese options. The room was spacious enough for two people and was very clean. We especially liked that the air condition worked well and there were no strange odours whatsoever. We were happy to find water provided in the room. Wifi worked great too! It was a very nice hotel and we would be happy to return.

Cons: Water pressure was intermittently weak and strong making it very hard to control. That there is no glass door separating the shower and dry areas, it was very difficult to keep the bathroom floor dry, made more difficult by the irregular water pressure. It would be great to have shower gel provide on top of that small piece of soap. Oh, maybe bedroom slippers? Maybe I'm asking too much. Seriously, a fantastic place.

Clean room, nice staff and a very accessible location!

Pros: I had a great experience at this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient—just a 2–3 minute walk to Nu Sentral Mall and the train station, which made getting around the city super easy. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and everything felt well-maintained. I also appreciated the staff’s professionalism and kindness. I checked in quite late and wasn’t able to wake up on time, but the receptionist was very understanding and kindly extended my checkout time to 2 PM. That thoughtful gesture really made a difference. Highly recommended!

Cons: I wish following could be consider: 1. Enough coffee and tea option in the coffee/ tea tray. 2.Toothbrush in the toilet amenities.

Very Good location close to KL Sentral

Pros: The hotel was in a great location to KL Sentral. There is also lots of places for food and shopping nearby. The room was fine, reasonably clean, beds were comfy. There is a fridge in the room which was useful.

Cons: The rooms were a bit noisy and our TV didn't work in one of our rooms
