Great clean central hotel

Pros: Clean room with everything you need, kettle and tea and coffee. Very comfortable bed and nice towels.

Cons: No window but I knew that at the time of booking.

Enjoyable stay at Alaxis Hotel

Pros: Alaxis hotel was in a great location - just opposite the shopping mall, near shops and a self-laundry service. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fairly quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Great AC, kettle, coffee and mug. Also a TV which was an added bonus!

Cons: I had to have cold showers because I wasn't told about the second water knob to turn on hot water - I asked at the end and they said it's to save water. Even though there was an electric heating system, this needs to be turned on too! There aren't any windows - great if you like a dark room at night, but not so great for air flow / sunlight! Also, fairly small rooms but big enough for 1 person and belongings.

Pros: Great location, right next door to local Indian restaurants, convenience stores and a five min walk to a large shopping mall with access to the Klia express and other train lines. Bed was comfortable and good AC. Staff were friendly and helpful, I think his name is Jilans? He was great 😃

Pros: Room was upgraded free of charge. Fantastic value for money, and just across the street from KL Senteal. The 'Ironman' at the front desk was fantastic to deal with, and very attentive to our needs and requests. I told him I'd give the place 15/10, so here it is!
