Pros: The view was fabulous from our 14th floor room. The staff were exceedingly polite and helpful

Pros: Overall, the stay was pleasant and comfortable. However, there are a few areas for improvement. Other than these points, everything else was good and satisfactory.

Cons: The breakfast was less satisfying as the appetizer menu was almost the same throughout the 5 days of our stay. In addition, the air conditioner was not very cold and seemed like it had not been properly serviced.
