Pros: Stunning property and pool facilities. Great communication by host/s.

Cons: Security into property may be a little excessive, however it is re-assuring for your safety. Be sure to read all the information sent to you for smooth check-in.

Value for money

Pros: Good locations, room spacious, easy access to shops and close to shopping mall

Cons: Only had 1 key so family had to go everywhere together. No map or info to show where pool/sauna located

Pros: Infinite pool was stunning. Better than expected. Good location in Bukit Bintang.

Cons: The person that was supposed to give us the key (was in a mailbox) didnt speak any english and didnt understand that we couldnt get the keys because the mailbox was in a room you could only entered WITH the keys. We had to ask people to open it for us. Our flight left really late and they told us we couldnt leave the luggage there.

Overall it was a good stay

Pros: The location, ambients around the buildings, stunning swimming pool of course and security system. Easy check-in and out. The host was friendly, same with the manager/ staff in-charged. The apartment was clean except there were no toilet paper at all but we received it late evening on the second day and the netflix doesn't work and the staff doesn't know the password either.

Cons: The ensure the necessary items such as toilet paper being check before leave the property for the check-in. It doesn't bother me with the netflix, however because I have family members came over to visit and an elderly mother while I was home for a holiday, it would be more nice if that was available so we can really have a family bonding time.

Pros: The swimming pools at the residence. The apartment is at 5th floor. Near monorail station Hang Tuah, Lalaport shopping center & Berjaya time square. Strolling walkable distance to Sungei Wang & Pavillion.

Cons: Nothing much. Not enough racks to dry wet clothes.

Pros: The staff was polite, the facilities were very great as well, the rooms are quite clean with all the necessary necessity. easy access to the mall and as well to the train station making it easier to move around. all in all it was a great experience. The view from the infinity pool also is very nice.
