Good value of money

Pros: The location is near to the happening area in the town but not noisy and i had good sleep. Prompt response by the staff.

Cons: Minor issue, they don’t prepare the towel and toilet paper in advance, not sure if this is on purpose or a mistake by janitor. But after i requested, they sent to my room.

Short stay - great view of KL skyline at 35th floor. Morning spa bath on my own at 10am!

Pros: QR Code was given a day before. So just scan and sent over to Guard House to display when arriving at venue. Lobby was spacious. The unit we stayed at level 6 was comfortable, even had extra bed. I had washing machine, and also a place to cook - so facilities wise was almost complete. TV also had some HBO and many other channel to watch. It was fairly new and i can tell the place was done up neatly.

Cons: Could have given Waze direction, and also payment type. I was asked to pay CASH on the spot, which of course was a big no no. So i requested QR pay via TnG. This should have been explained earlier, as i have already asked when booking. But those information was not conveyed properly.

Pros: Everything and the agent was very polite and the place close by for all your needs

Fantastic stay!

Pros: Excellent value for money. Fantastic view, clean and well equipped apartment, comfortable bed and pillows. Professional, friendly and kind staff. It was our third stay here, and as always, a pleasure. The building itself has great amenities and is connected to a large and very nice mall with everything one could need. The location is excellent, well connected to all sightseeing points in KL. We will definitely return here, next time we come to KL.

Lovely stay in KL!

Pros: Very nice apartment, facilities and views. The location was great and we also enjoyed the skypool and sauna section. Bed is comfortable and room spacious.

Pros: A spacious and beautiful apartment. Great location near Hang Tuah metro and monorail stations. Connected to Lalaport Mitsui mall.

Cons: On the roof area of the mall, there are life events every day that are very noisy (maybe in connection with the lunar New Year festivities). There was no microwave.

Pros: Amazing facilities including a piano room and infinity pool, helpful hosts, good location
