Pros: Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable. The room had everything we needed.

Cons: We thought the location would be okay as it’s next to a train station however we were told we couldn’t access the station (without walking on an extremely busy road) so it ended up being a bit inconvenient.

5-star service and design :)

Pros: The room and attention to detail were absolutely incredible. I have been travelling for the last 10 years and this hotel easily ranks in my top 5.

Cons: Honestly? Nothing bothered me, the staff were attentive and friendly, and the facilities were fantastic. One very minor critique is that I would have liked a greater variety of equipment in the gym.

Better than we expected!

Pros: The rooms though small were very comfortable and well laid out. The pool is the highlight and absolute winner. The pool towel staff was exceptional. The kids club is one of the best I've seen for a 5 star hotel. The entire hotel has a nice resort vibe but I think you have to time it for when it's not at peak season else everything will be crowded.

Cons: Breakfast- service and taste. The service at breakfast was extremely unwelcoming and unfriendly. While the spread was decent, nothing really tasted great and most items tasted very salty. Nobody cleared plates, nobody smiled, it's almost as though nobody wanted us there!

Pros: Kids friendly pool. The pool got staff that monitor our safety. Clean and beautiful room. Nice staff Delicious and variety of food during breakfast buffet

Cons: Need to queue for the breakfast buffet because the staff will find the seat for you.
