Comfortable. Affordable. Clean. Decent wifi. Ample parking if you drive.

Pros: Convenient location to SS2 for dinner. I'm a long time guest monthly. I have no complaints and this is a lovely and comfortable hotel. There's a nice convenience store downstairs. You can get good breakfast choices on the 2nd floor.

Cons: The water dispenser machine didn't work on my 6th floor this time. The hot water was not hot.

Overall, it was a pleasant and aesthetic stay, but the expensive parking was a downside.

Pros: The room was clean and tidy. Although the room was just nice for two people, the place was aesthetic, nice, and suitable for relaxing.

Cons: The sink was located outside the toilet, and the ironing board and iron were also placed outside, so clothes had to be ironed in a common area. Additionally, the parking was very expensive as it is paid parking.

Pros: We booked this place in an emergency. The area mainly has students. The place is nice, and the staff are helpful. I recommend this place.

Pros: the cleanliness and environment was the priority for me and also the services from the house keeping

Cons: there’s something wrong when i was about to check in the other day and they said that my booking didn’t show up even i had paid for it. but thankfully its solved after a few minutes.

Pros: It’s near UM so it’s really convenient to attend the conference

Cons: Some towels are thick and nice but some are very thin and old. Better to dispose the old ones.

Pros: The room is quite nice and spacious for 2 pax. Easy to check in and the staff was nice.

Cons: No free parking for the guest. Luckily the public parking is quite cheap.

Good if it is just for short stay.

Cons: Could have a more friendlier n smiley staff Also no kiblat sign in the room. Should add that And an extra soap at the outside sink so no need to share the soap in the shower as well as the sink

Disabled people friendly!

Pros: Perfect for convocation getaway. Amazing disabled people facilities! Big toilet doors. Small room though.

Cons: No coffee sachets, no toothbrush toothpaste.

It's a good stay as always.

Pros: For this trip, I was put into the new wing and the rooms didn't have a work table and chair. The staff was excellent and had a maintenance staff bring over a table and chair for me to do my work in the room. Excellent.

Cons: The new wing rooms are odd as they were previously hospital rooms and the sink is actually outside the bathroom. And there's no table and chair for me to do office work when I'm in the room. The wifi could be better.
