Pros: The staff are super helpful. The recent renovation is attractive. The addition of a lounge with coffee and tea is an excellent addition.

Cons: The new smart tvs need to be smart. Streaming apps have been deleted. The balcony had no chair to sit on, and there was no table and chairs in the one bedroom so no way to actually use the balcony.

Great will stay again.

Pros: The Gardens Mall entrance and TWG is just next to the hotel entrance. Super convenient! Bellboy are super attentive, friendly and helpful.

Cons: Nothing but hotel receptionist can be better trained in communication and conversational skills.

Pros: We love the location with an easy access to any direction in KL plus all the shops and foods is just within the reach. A beautiful view of the city from the apartment we stayed and a bonus to watch the fireworks on the new year. It was a great experience for us. We enjoyed the stay very much. We would definitely come back if we visit KL again.

Cons: The transport system with LRT to klcc might not as convenient if we don’t drive. Didn’t expect the stove was broken. But they fixed it quick.

Pros: It is tucked away in a less busy part of Midvalley. To get to the more action-packed part, I just have to go across. The apartment is well equipped and spacious. The front desk is most helpful. We booked 3 units and they tried to put us close together. Because of their efforts, we bonded well and popped into each other's apartment. Special shoutout to a staff who came to open a bottle of Prosecco on Christmas eve celebration.

Cons: It's perfect!

Pros: Very spacious and location is good. Easy excess to shopping malls and eateries.

Cons: The shower system. Not working according to indications displayed.

Lovely experience for family with a disabled member

Pros: Good connectivity to parking and nearby facilities. Staff responded very quick when we informed the establishment that the fridge was faulty

Good apartment and value for money.

Pros: Very good location central in KL, easy access to PJ and other parts of KL. LRT station just downstairs, huge MidValley mall across the walkway. Parking is available and inexpensive RM$15 per day. The apartment is nice and suitable for family with young kids.

Cons: The bed in bedroom2 is small for 2 adults. It can get heavy traffic during peak hour, stuck in very heavy traffic at 6:30pm trying to drive out of the area.

Pros: Great location Lovely staff, the gentleman at the lobby was a fantastic communicator and very helpful The 2 bed residences were well furnished with top of the range appliances

Cons: The televisions did not have access to Netflix and other streaming platforms

Great area nice stay

Pros: Great Location, focus on environmental by not providing plastic bottled water. Friendly and helpful staffs, easy and efficient check in and check out process. Good facilities within the property.

Pros: Spacious and comfortable apartments, in a modern building with nearby mall.

Cons: Front desk staff seems unfamiliar with Booking.com, wouldn't provide an invoice for my stay, kept saying I should get it from Booking.com, which I know is wrong.
