Nice aesthetic hotel with value for money (but a bit noisy)
Pros: Good value for money considering the location — not overly expensive compared to other hotels nearby. Breakfast was good and satisfying. The hotel’s décor is beautiful and the common areas definitely give off that nice Wes Anderson vibe.
Cons: However, our room was facing the Federal Highway and the traffic noise was quite loud as the windows don’t seem to have strong soundproofing. Also, if you’re booking for the aesthetic, you might want to go for the suite. The standard room is quite basic and doesn’t fully reflect the unique vibe shown in the photos.

Good but Can Be Better
Pros: The hotel’s location was great, within easy walking distance of a mall. The staff were very welcoming and even provided a detailed map highlighting nearby sites and the best ways to reach them, which was extremely helpful for planning my days. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating throughout my stay, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Breakfast was of good quality. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and great value for the location and service provided.
Cons: The hotel was lacking some basic amenities I would normally expect, such as slippers and separate hand or face towels. In addition, showering was quite uncomfortable, as the water never became properly hot even after turning on the water heater.

Excellent staff, very happy retro vibes.
Pros: Aesthetically it was super nice. All the decor had such happy vibe. The restaurant had a limited but good menu.
Cons: Mini fridge was empty, the doors were old which downgraded the overall feel of the room interior.

Pros: Very cosy, away from the busier cities but close enough to travel to them by Grab, and spacious room.
Cons: On our last morning there before checkout, we found a small baby cockroach in our toilet!

Beautiful, retro-aesthetic and charming hotel in the quieter area of KL
Pros: The hotel was relatively new and well-designed. Every corner was picturesque but that did not take away from the great service they provided. Very charming and captured the retro aesthetic well. The staff were very helpful and friendly, our room was spacious and the bed was quite comfy, basic amenities provided. Room was also clean despite the 'intentional dated look'. Loved the lounge as it was cosy and serve pretty good pastries and coffee - we went twice because we loved the ambience so much. 10% off for merch and F/B items for guests. Overall it was a pretty good stay for us. Price was very reasonable for the stay we had!
Cons: There was only one trash bin in the bathroom, would be better if there is another one in the room. Room was rather dark even when all the lights are on. There were not many sockets so we had to unplug the night lights to charge our phones. No privacy curtains, so we had to open all curtains for more light even in daytime. A bit far from all the main sites in KL.

Pros: The ambience and silence for solo travelers. I enjoyed the food at Cafe bar 🥰.
Cons: The location is quite far from interesting spots/ bars/ and hidden.

Pros: The hotel gave the feeling of using antiques as furnishings, but everything was clean, including the kettles and cups, the sheets, the bathroom, and the living area.
Cons: It needs an extra bin in the living area instead of only one in the bathroom. Additionally, the shower area lacks another counter for personal toiletries. Some people might prefer their own rather than the one provided by the hotel.

Cute and worthy for staycation in Kuala Lumpur
Pros: The cute retro hotel ever in town! All corners is Instagramable to photoshot. The hospitality is superb! Credit to the receptionist named Yassir Arafat (sorry if wrong spelling). We got chance to upgrade 1 of the room so we near to each.
Cons: The lamp in the room should have 1 for the brightest. The current lamp good enough for sleep mode only. Especially ladies, need the bright light for makeup and get ready
