Easy and convenient stay at Boulevard St Giles hotel

Pros: The property gave the convenience and comfortable during my stay. Very easy Accessibility via Train which just around the corner and just a click via Grab. Well, make sure Boulevard St Giles not other than that.

Pros: Easy access to shopping mall, lift waiting time was very quick, super friendly staff

Cons: None that i could think off but how i wish instead of using carpet, they use wood flooring or spc flooring. For me it would be easier for us consumers to clean the room

Warm hospitality

Pros: Large and comfortable room, loved the huge double bed, ergonomic design, housekeeping prompt, makes up room beautifully and responds to requests for crib, bathtub for baby and other amenities graciously and generously. Love the water dispenser, so easy to use, sustainable, eliminates plastic bottles. Staff wonderfully kind and attentive, from check-in to concierge, doormen, help with luggage, stroller, informs us of guest arrivals, go the extra mile, 5 star service!

Cons: Not enough space in bathroom for own toiletries, extra shelf beneath sink would be good. Room door needs a doorstop to assist movement of wheelchair and strollers. Insufficient utensils eg no knife, plates, forks, constantly having to call housekeeping a hassle for such basic items. Soap and shampoo dispensers hard to pump out for elderly hands especially, good to provide small piece of soap at sink for quick washing.

Clean, comfortable and perfect location

Pros: I have been staying at The Boulevard for almost a decade and it has always been excellent. The location, above Mid Valley, means you have everything you need on your doorstep. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and the rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is very tasty and begins early enough for early risers.

Cons: I’ve said for years, they need to improve the coffee in the mornings! That is the only very minor area which could be improved.
