Great hotel with direct access to Midvalley Mall

Pros: Great location with easy access to the mall. I was initially reluctant to stay there as it seemed like a very busy and crowded hotel located in a hectic spot but was surprised that the room was comfortable and clean. I particularly liked the water dispenser provided in each floor for hotel guests to refill.

Very good. I am happy to stay here agin in my next visit to KL.

Pros: The location was perfect - just above Mid-Valley Mall. The room was clean and it was cleaned everyday. Staff were very friendly and helpful. For food - you can get all types of food from the numerous restaurants and cafes in the mall.

Cons: The toilet is a little small and tight.
