Pros: Just a spectacular property with views that are out of this world. Room decor and all design details are amazing. The gym is wonderful and the restaurant is also well worth checking out.

Pros: The room interior is amazing. The look and feel of entry lobby and entry reception at ground floor needs to improve. The entry is obscured by the office tower entry. Entrance concierge station looks as hoc, main lobby is totally empty with low quality furniture. Concierge staff is a bit confusing about what to do And how to take guest up to level 75. The operation of 3 points of contact with guests - Ground floor entry, Lvl 1 reception and Lvl 75 reception need to be better coordinated. Swimming pool and change room doors have bad handles and already feel defective. Pool design is disappointing considering it is at lvl 99. Receptionist at lvl 75 is amazing. Lvl 1 they are a bit confused as to who are the guests.

Cons: The confusion entry which is duplicated with the office tower entry. Ground floor hotel reception looks empty and low quality.

Extraordinary feeling to experience sleeping in the sky!

Pros: Everything! Not your typical 5stars hotel but it’s a hotel in the 2nd tallest building in the world! Love the hot pool/big jacuzzi next to the swimming pool.

Cons: Nothing. Just can’t wait for the observation deck and the mall to be opened.

Beautiful hotel with great views of KL

Pros: It’s a stunning hotel with great views of KL. The rooms are big and modern. The style is very pleasant. The staff was always nice and helpful. Amenities are great too. The breakfast was diverse and very good.

Cons: Minor criticisms but: The room was very cold (aircon on max so we had to switch it off to get a good temperature for the night). The rooms are not fully sound-proof (we were woken up by a woman next door shouting at 7am…)

Pros: This hotel is out of this world perfect, such breakfast to take breath away (delicious and such great variety), amazing room design. We loved literally every aspect of it! So clean and good kept. We are coming back for sure.
