Pros: friendly staff, the host replied faster than I expected,

Cons: smell pee and smoke in our floor. sometimes the key card is not working.

Pros: The location is in the prime area. Walking distance to KLCC, I'm staying here and meeting at PICC Putrajaya – just for a night at KLCC. The traffic jam is terrible when going to Putrajaya in the morning, but staying in the middle of town is worth it.

Cons: The lift, too crowded with many visitors.

Perfect place to spend in KL

Pros: Very nice view, good location, there is a convenience store at ground floor and cafe, 10 minutes to the twin towers, nice kitchen

Cons: 4 elevators are not enough for such big building

Great for the price and location but with some issues

Pros: For its location the apartments were excellent value for money. The apartments were modern in design and spacious and the views were impressive. Reception staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly. The rooms included good recommendations of local places to eat and a good overview of the apartment facilities.

Cons: There were a number of issues that however let this property down. They need to be better at maintaining the apartments. While clean, they were already showing signs of wear and tear with scuffed walls, marks on cupboards and furniture etc. If not attended to this will get worse. The foot stall in my room was filthy and also covered in cigarette burns and needed replacing. The kitchen was not well equipped. It didn’t have one glass in the kitchen and only tea cups. There was a stove, but no pans for heating things. The building does not have enough elevators and so they should have a warden monitoring them at peak times. Often I would wait 15 minutes or more when it was busy and then too many people would try to board the elevator. It was not a nice experience being crammed in. Having a warden could limit the number per elevator carriage and help the waiting line run more efficiently. I also had moments where there were so many people the cards did not work and I ended up going all the way up 47 floors and having to coming back down to ground to eventually get to the 16th floor. The swimming pool was very nice and had a great view, but again got far too crowded at times. I would recommend limiting numbers or allocating certain times of day for families and children and times for those that just want to exercise.

Pros: Lots of food places in walking distance which is great! Really comfortable room and good gym as well

Pros: Very nice location and very clean and very comfortable

Pros: The hotel is very clean and it has a small store next to the reception, open 24/7 which I found very useful and all big hotels should have one / share one. The staff is very kind, totally recommend it.

Pros: Had a great stay at Scarletz Suites. Very clean modern room with good amenities provided. The gym and pool were a bonus and well maintained. Would stay here again!

Really great apartments and building facilities and great location

Pros: The clean, smart nature, felt nicer than being in a hotel, great views, easy walking access to city

Cons: Bathroom sink area needed a bit of a neaten up
