Beautiful accomodation

Pros: The accommodation was very beautiful, the pool has a beautiful view and gym looked good. I really appreciated the storage for luggages for 5rm.

Cons: The woman at the reception seemed like she doesn’t enjoy her job at all and we felt like we were bothering her every time we asked her something.

A stay with an amazing view at a perfect location!

Pros: Perfect location! Amazing pool and room view! Has everything a traveller might need. The staff were very friendly.

Pros: Hotel very close to good spots, beautiful view and the hotel has a good quality for the price you’re paying. There’s a lot of people so it felt lively. Easy access for taxi’s and grab. There’s a coffee shop right at the entrance along with a little shop in case anything is needed.

Cons: Staff rude. Acted ‘shocked’ when asked for more toilet papers (there was only one for two people for a stay of four days) and only gave us one even if we asked for multiple (+more issues not listed) . Doesn’t seem like they wanted to work as they only gave us hand signals on where to go. They were paying few attentions on us as they were all on their phones or checking themselves out even if they saw that we were waiting. In general, doesn’t seem into good costumers services (no smile or thank you) even tho they work as hotels receptionist.

Pros: It was very clean, bed was comfy, bathtub was good but temperature may be off

Cons: Like everyone mentioned, the lift waiting issue. The staff was very unprofessional. Cared more about her looks than service, quite rude and doesn't even make eye contact while talking. Felt like they didn even try to help with checking in

Fair place to stay in KL

Pros: Very good place to stay in KL, clean and nice pool

Cons: Unfriendly staff and they make you pay a 200 local currency deposit in CASH. What do you do with that money if you are flying out of the country after check out?

Amazing place to stay at , definitely worth the money

Pros: The location is a bit discreet but is nearby to the KLCC tower, Rooms were amazing , all facilities were given such as in room washing machine, water purifier, ironboxes, clean washrooms , perfect place to stay

Cons: Everything was perfect, no complaints

Good for not so fussy travelers

Pros: Room size is decent with proper space for bed and kitchen and even small dining area. Whole room looks clean. Bonus is the washer and dryer which work very well. Location is ok because we normally take grab.

Cons: Not so ideal is the counter. Because there are few groups of people at the desk so maybe confused. Also, rooms are not clean daily.

Pros: Lift system, there are four lifts but waiting time is too long, have to allocate each lift to particular floors at least during the peak time.

Pros: Really good and spacious room. The shower was good and the water pressure was strong. The washing machine was really good with a drying function. There were no problems with the elevator.
