Overall a good stay and would recommend.

Pros: Great location as you right down the road from the Petronas towers - 10 min walk. Quiet and great place to recuperate after a day being out. Spacious apartment. Good aircon.

Cons: Didn’t like that they don’t describe the apartment as one in which they converted the main en-suite into a 4 sleeper bedroom which meant that the second bedroom (which became the main bedroom) was very small and the bathroom separate. No hand towels in the bathroom Crockery and cutlery was minimal (only 2 mugs available, limited spoons) for a 6 sleeper apartment.

A very good option for families.

Pros: 1. Excellent cleanliness and cleaning everywhere, even under the furniture, not a gram of dust. 2. Availability of dishes and cutlery. 3. Washing powder. 4. Quick responses from management. 5. good location

Cons: 1. Lack of safe sidewalks when going out into the city. 2. There were repairs going on around. 3. All two nights there was a very loud knocking in the walls periodically and it didn’t let us sleep. 4. No exhaust hood in the combined bathroom.

Lovely stay.

Pros: The property is very clean and comfortable. The facilities work well and even though it is located at the city centre, it is peaceful and not noisy. Nearest shopping mall, Avenue K and KLCC Towers are just within walking distance. The host is responsive too.

Cons: The stay is already amazing but it would be more splendid if the host improvised the check in process. The collection of the access card and room key from the mail box is pretty unsafe, would be great if the mail box is protected with a pass code.
