Comfortable, long-term stay if you plan wisely

Pros: The location is fantastic. You can walk to the Petronas Towers and Suria KLCC shopping centre. There is a cafe directly across from the building as well as other restaurants in walking distance. The onsite gym is better than most, with plenty of machines and weights available. The bed was comfy, and the overall room setup was great for a long stay. The cleaning staff were fantastic, super helpful, and efficient.

Cons: Unfortunately, the host was unresponsive on WhatsApp (where I was told to communicate with them). I encountered a few issues during my stay and could never get hold of anyone. When I first arrived into the room, I noticed that several things were broken... these were not disclosed in the booking. The couch (a futon) would not recline to an angle you could sit on comfortably, unless lying down was what you're going for. The cooktop was damaged by the last guest and unusable. The first week I was there, I woke up at 1 am to find my bedroom reeked of cigarette smoke... all my windows were closed, and I only had the aircon on. This is a non-smoking building, but the building managers don't enforce it, so guests smoke in the fire stairwells or out on the air conditioning service balconies located on each floor. After I finally got hold of someone, I was told to leave the bathroom fan on 24/7. This seemed to help. The lifts in the building are slow during peak times... you can wait up to 30 minutes to get in a lift. Extremely frustrating to arrange your day around people checking in and out. Pro Tip - if you find yourself needing the left during these times, press the up button. You'll get a lift and then you simply stay in it so you can get to the ground level! At one point, I had to take the stairs down from the 30th floor (I don't recommend, it's a long way down!). The walls are on the thin side. I stayed for a month and had a week where there was a crying baby in the room next door that woke me up at 3am every night... the father wouldn't get up to look after it and when I spoke to reception about it, there was nothing they could do.

Excellent. Would stay again. Great location.

Pros: Excellent location. Room was clean and comfortable with everything that you could need. Would definitely stay here again. Room was nice, modern and the building had a good shop, coffee bar, and rooftop pool.

Cons: Extra towels would have been useful.

Apartment with beautiful view and big rooms.

Pros: The view was amazing and the apartment was spacious. The location is really good, about 10 minutes walk from Petronas tower and there is a small shop in the building. The skypool was excellent with a beautiful view. Everything went well with the deposit, we get it back immediately when we check out. (We paid with cash)

Cons: The elevator is horrible, sometimes you have to wait 10 minutes to go down to the main floor. I think this building needs more elevator, because this is not enough for this much stock. A few things was damaged in our apartment, for example, the tap and the door handle were broken.

Pros: The aparment was big enough and it had all the services one needs (kitchen, hair dryer, iron etc.). The location was amazing, just 5 minutes from the Petronas Towers. We had free access to the pool until 10pm and check-in/check-out went smoothly

Cons: There were big dry stains on the sofa

Excellent accommodation with a pool for the brave (47th floor infinity pool)

Pros: Being 1200 steps from Petronas Towers. The size & facilities of the suite (I think we must have been given an upgrade as we had a washing machine). Have dinner at Malai Thai - not too far away, excellent quality and value for money.

Cons: The public transport connections. The location was great for business trips and Petronas Towers.

Pros: The location in KL city centre, the cleanliness and interior design

Cons: Long lift waits especially during peak hours

Pros: The room was a good size and the location was great. Check-in and check-out were very easy.

Cons: The bed was too hard for me. It took a very long time (9 minutes of waiting) to get the lift in the morning. 4 lifts with an apartment block with 40 floors was not enough.

Pros: Room is clean and spacious for couple Cozy ambience at night and the view frm our living room look out onto highway so u can see the traffic 😂

Cons: Location is far frm all attractions ... we were told 2mins walk to KLCC which is actually a 20mim walk 😂 U need to pay xtra for staff to clean ur room.

Pros: I thought it was fairly good value for money, nice room and pretty good view, had all the facilities you could possibly need and close to the towers

Cons: I think you can find better rooms for the price and my experience was that the staff were not very helpful or polite compared to everywhere else I’ve stayed

Bang for a buck!

Pros: - The views were amazing - Clean and well managed property - Rooftop pool - Modern and spacious room

Cons: - The sound proofing. Neighbours next door had a party and soundproofing around the window frame was poor, therefore every loud noise could be heard.
