Pros: The service assist by Mr Salim was really profesional and good. The room really beyond my expectation cause really2 good, reasonable price.

Cons: A bit crowded at lobby area but still ok even lot of foreigner, tourist

Comfortable stay

Pros: It looked and felt like a hotel. It is quite comfy and luxurious. I only stayed less than 12 hours and most of that was spent sleeping as I arrived late. Salim was kind enough to give me an hour extra to check out the next day. I didn’t get to use the facilities though.

Cons: It felt like a hotel where it is cold/business like. If I wanted that I would have gone straight and book a hotel. Although it did feel like at least a 4* hotel experience.

Lovely stay, beautiful night view, highly recommended.

Pros: We got a room with a direct city view. It was very beautiful and captivating. The room was cool and comfortable, and my husband and I really loved it. We might stay here again in the future. The price was very attractive while enjoying the beautiful view, especially at night.

Cons: The lift is rather slow and it takes time to wait. Perhaps the speed of the lift on each floor could be improved.

Really enjoyed the stay and walking around in its proximity

Pros: Nice room, comfy beds, great view and best location near the Petronas towers and the mall.

Cons: We had cold showers. Long waits for the elevators.
