Pros: Rooftop pool, reception staff and room was very good.

Cons: Only 1 large and 1 small towel each for 4 days. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper.

Great apartment, amazing views.

Pros: Apartment type complex, we were on floor 15 and had brilliant views and a great view of the KLCC tower. great view from the pool. Everything you could ask for for a stay abroad. Would 100% book this again.

Cons: This isn’t something the property could help so is no blight on the room in itself but the noise from the rooms either side went on till the early hours, we booked this as it was supposed to be a quiet hotel / residence after 10pm and we have a young child. Found that this wasn’t the case.
