Wonderful stay, would come again IF the lift service has been improved.

Pros: The room and location were superb. Memorable new year eve for me and my family. Walkable access to KLCC. Prompt response from the host assistance to hand over the key, and immediate return of the deposit after check out. Very professional.

Cons: The only poor thing that need urgent attention is the lift. We were staying at Level 9, had to resort to the stairs after waiting for more than 20 minutes for the lift going down. Pity for those who stays at higher levels. The management really need to improve on this, seriously.

Pros: Beste Lage, App. 12 im 19 Stock, ruhig. Bei der Anreise etwas schockiert, dass ich sofort BAR zahlen musste plus Kaution 50,00 Euro. Der Pool der Traum!

Pros: Всё понравилось! Отличные, стильные апартаменты с прекрасным видом, очень чисто, уютно и комфортно. Удобное расположение — рядом всё необходимое, легко добираться до достопримечательностей. Потрясающий бассейн с видом на город — отдельный плюс! Заселение прошло быстро и без проблем, хозяева всегда на связи. Остались только самые приятные впечатления, с удовольствием вернулись бы снова.

Cons: Нет такого — всё было отлично!

Pros: الغرفه جيده ومساحتها ممتازه لشخصين واطلالتها رائعه جدا والمسبح اطلالته جميله جدا والفندق مكانه جيد جدا قريب من البرجين ويوجد اسفله مطاعم والغرفه تحتوي على مغسله ملابس ومكواه وادوات مطبخ بسيطه

Cons: هناك زحمه في المصاعد يجب عليك الانتظار قليلا والغرفه كانت نظيفه ولكن كان هناك نمل صغير في دوره المياه وأرجاء الغرفة ولا يوجد شاي وسكر وماء للشرب ولم ياتي احد لتنظيف الغرفه طول فتره الاقامه ملاحظه بسيطه طلبت من المضيف عن طريق بوكينج والايميل بانني ارغب بتسجيل الدخول بين 12 والواحده مساء وتمت الموافقة وعندما وصلت الساعة 12:30 ارسلت له بانني موجود في اللوبي فقال لي ان تسجيل الدخول الساعه 2 فارسلت له صوره المحادثه والحجز بيني وبين الفندق فقال لي انتظر قليلا ولم ياتي إلا الساعه 1:15 وهذا لم يعجبني بتاتا خلاف ما اتفقنا عليه

Pros: Vị trí thuận tiện, tiện ích chỗ ở tuyệt vời từ đồ gia dụng đến các dịch vụ của tòa nhà như bãi xe, hồ bơi... , khu vực an ninh, yên tĩnh. Vệ sinh phòng tương đối sạch sẽ.

Cons: Drap 1 trong 2 giường giống như đã lâu chưa thay, sofa có nhiều vết bẩn.
