Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Royce Residence KLCC by Cobnb in Kuala Lumpur. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and perfectly located near the city's main attractions. I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Abir for his outstanding support and cooperation during our stay—he was always helpful and professional. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!

Value for money

Pros: The accommodation was clean and spacious, perfect for a family of four. All appliances were easy to use, we even had access to a dryer, which was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond with their communications. I was always provided with timely and accurate information of my check-in process, access to the accommodation and luggage storage facilities. The view was the cherry on top! Really nice view of Petronas Towers and KLCC from the room and rooftop pool. The night view was splendid! The kids greatly enjoyed the pool and the view. Shower facilities clean. A trip to be remembered

Cons: Towels were clean but looked a bit old. Also lacked a kitchen towel.

Pros: The location is excellent – everything is conveniently within walking distance, which made our stay very easy and enjoyable. We also really liked the swimming pool, which is a big plus. The apartment itself is nice and well-designed; however, personally, I felt it could be cleaner. The bed linen and towels were white, but they no longer looked fresh and truly white, which affected the overall feeling of cleanliness.

Cons: Unfortunately, we found the staff in the building to be unfriendly, which negatively affected our experience. Additionally, the elevators were very inconvenient — at times we had to wait up to 20 minutes, which we really did not like.

Pros: all good and set. i only have problems on my second night where i park my car at level 5 and then my access card cant be use to get in the elevator room, the customer service did not help at all, i have to walk down the stair to lobby and get on lobby lift, overall 4/5 experience

Pros: The apartment was clean, and all home appliances were provided; however, there was no safe. The location is excellent—very close to the Petronas Twin Towers, about a 5-minute walk. Arabic restaurants such as Rihan (open 24 hours) and Orchid are just a 1-minute walk away. There is also a small shop open 24 hours directly opposite the entrance, and several banks nearby with ATMs that support international withdrawals. The building also features a very nice outdoor pool on the 51st floor.

Cons: The elevators were sometimes crowded; howe ver, the building has four lifts, which helps manage the flow.

Great apartment for visiting KL

Pros: Clean and spacious apartment, with city view and access to a fantastic roof pool.

Cons: Be ready to wait for elevator during peak hours !

Cons: Parking . I understand the policy but why give us on 10th floor when there is so many empty lots on the lower floor. It’s almost 15 mins just to get out of the carpark . Parking should be on first come first serve n not based on allocated lot of unit given .
